NEXTTECH 2020 July Meeting

The NEXTTECH 2020 series continues July 21, 2020, with a need for training solutions using artificial reality, virtual reality, or simulation technology. The corporations will introduce its funded initiatives – challenges that can be solved with artificial intelligence software and AR/VR training software.
The Georgia MBDA Centers staff will curate Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) to participate in the challenge.
The challenges presented in July will identify technologies to:
- Provide simulated training, safety, and education to systemically reduce the number of harmful injuries, accidents, hazardous risks, and lack of resourceful training.
- Uniquely impact training and education for new and experienced technicians to become experts within their industry.
- Produce high-level technicians in correlation with their field experience.
- Seeking technology to create an AI (Artificial Intelligence) algorithm that can learn crowd behavior from detected entities in Full Motion Video in simulated environments.
This event is free to qualified MBEs and sponsored by the Department of Commerce Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA). Our goal is to support minority-owned businesses in the U.S. and to connect innovative MBEs with opportunities to link with buyers.
