Our series includes educational webinars, B-to-B networking intensives, and business best practices for minority business enterprise (MBE) manufacturing executives, entrepreneurs, and enterprises with 10-250 employees. Over the past month, we have released three educational webinars.

  1. Capital Strategies for Manufacturers. This webinar focused on capital strategies surrounding mergers and acquisition transactions, and the process steps to successful manufacturing and distribution sales to obtain capital strategy opportunities.
  2. Workforce Retention and Training. Moving attention to the human resources department, this webinar discussed the challenges faced by the human resource departments in finding talent, managing a digital workforce, and maintaining the old manufacturing policies.
  3. Using Digital Marketing Techniques to Upscale Your Business. This webinar unpacked digital marketing techniques in an easy to understand, applicable way, showing you how to implement these practices in your business.
